城乡融合视域下生态利益的协调机制优化研究

Abstract：Promoting thecoordinationandlinkageofurbanandruralecologicalinterestsintheneweraisnotonlyan inherentneedforbuildingbeautifulvillges，butalsoanentrypointforrealizingpeople'swellbeing.Ecologicalbenftsarean importantpartofurbanandruralecologicalintegration.Therefore，achievingbalanceddistributionofecologicalbenefitswill promotethesustainabledevelopmentof urbanandruralecologicalenvironment.Integrating"co-construction，co-governance，and sharing"intotheprocessofbalancedcordinationofurbanandruralecologicalinterestsshouldmainlybereflectedinteuse ofecologicalspaceco-constructiontoachievetheintegrationofecologicalinterests；optimizingthedistributionpateof ecologicalintereststhroughecologicalcompensationandcogoverance;andpromotingthesharingofecologicalelementsthrough complementaryadvantages.Intheprocessofurbanandruraldevelopment，thereisunreasonablephenomenoninthedistribution ofecologicalbenefits，whichismainlytheresultofthecombinedefectoffactorssuchasunevenalocationofo-construction ecologicalresources，unbalancedecologicalbenefitprotectionandco-governance，andagapinecologicalbenefitsharingamong urbanandruralresidents.Inordertopromotethebalancedcordinationofurbananduralcologicalinterests，itisncessaryto jointlybuild：promotetecologicalinterestintegrationmchanism，cogoveance：optimizethecologicalinterestcompsation mechanism，and share：implement the ecological interest sharing mechanism.
