Abstract：Tooferastrongreferencefortheresearchonthepolicyof"Rural-OrientedTuition-Free Medical Students"A three-dimensionalanalyticalframeworkofpolicytols-policytargetswasconstructedbasedontheliteraturerelatedtothe implementationefectofthispolicy，withclasificationcodingandstatisticalanalysisbeingperformedusingWPSsoftware.Z Dimension，Issuesrelatedtotheintersectionofthethreetargetshaverarelybeenstudiedbyresearchers.XDimension，Two importantresearchsubjectshavebeenoverlokedbyresearchers：rural-orientedtuition-freemedicalstudentsinthecontiuing educationstageandthoseinthepostgraduateeducationstage.YDimension，92.68%oftheliteratureonlytakesrural-oriented tuition-freemedicalstudentsastheresearchsubject.ZandX Dimensions Cross-Efects，Onlytheliteraturerelatedto" wilingness tostayingasrotsareas"mainlyfocusesonruralorientedtuitionfreemedicalstudentsinthecontiuingeducation stage.ZandYDimensionsCross-Efects，Thevastmajorityoftheliteratureonlytakesrural-orientedtuition-freemedical studentsastheresearchsubject.XandYDimensionsCrossEfects，Twoimportantactors，townshiphealthcentersanddistrict/ countyhealthbureaus，havebeenignoredbythevastmajortyoftheliterature.Itisrecommendedthatfutureresearchonthis topicshouldrefertotheintersectionofthethreeissuesofthepolicytargetsintheZdimension，considerrural-orientedtuition freemedicalstudentsinthecontinuingeducationstagesasresearchsubjectsandencompasstownshiphealthcentersanddistrict/ county health bureaus in the interviews.
