基于应用型人才培养的植物学野外实习教学研究

Abstract：Thecultivationofapplication-orientedundergraduatetalentsaimstoproducehigh-levelprofesionalswhoposes fundamentaltheoreticalknowledgeandcanefectivelyapplyacquiredtechniquesandtheoriestopracticalproductionandwork contexts.AsacomprehensiveundergraduateinstitutioninChongqing，YangtzeNomal Universityofersfieldbotanypracticumas amandatoryprofesionalpracticecourseforitsbiologicalsciencemajors.Toachievetheobjectiveofcultivatinghigh-quality application-orientedagriculturalandforestrytalents，thisstudyanalyzesthecurentteachingstatusandidentifiesexisting chalengesinthfieldotanyracticumcourse.Subseuentlytproposescomprehensiverefomstrategis，including：developinga high-qualityteachingfaculty；enhancingsafetymanagementandlogsticalsupportsystems；increasingtheproportionofproesbasedassessment;andintegrating IdeologicalandPoliticalEducationinCuricula.Thesemeasuresaimtostimulatestudents learningmotivation，cutivatetheiromprehensivepracticalabilitiestoapplybotanicaltheoriesinfieldpractice，andultiately achieve the dual objectives of knowledge transmission and moral education.
