Abstract：Inrecentyears，GansuProvincehascontinuouslyadjustedtheplantingstructureofmedicinalherbs，supportedthe developmentof medicinalherbenterprises，andadvancedmechanizedculivationandprocessingtechologies，achievingrearkable resultsilargescaleecologicalcultivation.However，practicalchallngespersistinproduction，processing，circulatioand supervision.Aceleratingtheigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheentiremedicinalherbindustrychainhasbecomeanurgentpriority. ThisstudyoutlinesthecurentstatusofGansu’smedicinalherbindustrychain，identifiesexistingchalenges，andproposes recommendations，including：establishingagovemment-industryacademia-researchconsortiumtoprovidetechnologicalsuportfor theentireindustrychain；creatinganiteligentcomprehensiveserviceplatformforthemedicinalherbindustryndconstructinga multi-prongedsupervisionsystemfortheindustrychain.Thesesuggestionsaimtoserveasareferenceforfurtherdevelopment.
