Abstract：Againstthebackdropoftheeraofruralrevitalization，thispaperexplorestheissueoftalentatractionand cultivatioinhecostructionofarule-of-lawuralareas.Theaticledelvesintotheconnotationsofruralrevitalizationandthe constructionoftheruleoflaw，thechallengesfacedinatractingandnurturinglegaltalents，theestablishmentofa comprehensivetalentatractionmechanism，andthepathwaysthroughwhichlegaltalentscanempowerruralconstruction.It proposesstrategiessuchasoptimizingtop-leveldesign，innovatingthe"atraction，cultivation，retention，andutilization" mechanism，broadeningchannelsfortalentdevelopment，fosteringaconduciveenvironent，andbuildinga"Rule-of-LawplusN" compoundtalentteam，withaviewtoprovidingsolidtalentsupportandlegalguaranteeforthecomprehensiverevitalizationof rural areas.
