乡村振兴背景下农村社区教育的现状、问题及对策

Abstract：UndertheRural Revitalization Strategy，ruralcommunityeducationservesasavital pathwayforcultivatingnew professional farmersanddrivingruraldevelopment.However，currentruralcommunityeducationfaceschallengessuchas insufcientprioritization，misalignmentbetweentalentcultivationbjectivesandpracticalneds，andashortageofqualified educators.Thisstudyconductsanin-depthanalysisoftheseissuesandproposescomprehensivesolutions：strengthening governmnt leadershipbyintegratingruralcommunityeducationintolocalplanningwithdynamicadjustmentmechanisms; leveragingnewmediaforawarenesscampaignsandestablishingeco-friendlyeducationalfacilities；utilizingblockchaintechology toenhancetheeducationsystem;aplyingbigdataanalyticstopreciselyaligneducationwithruralindustrialdemands; integratingeducationwithruralgovermancewhileinnovatingteachingmethodologies；andbuildingarobusteducatornetwork centeredoncouty-leveladulteducationchoolsandopenuniversities，supplementedbymulti-stakeholdercolaboration，teacher training，internationalexchanges，andvolunteeexpasion.Thesestrategiescolectivelyaimtoimprovethequalityofrural community education and facilitate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.

乡村振兴战略的关键是人才的振兴，农村社区教育作为人才和新型职业农民培养的重要载体越来越受到重视，然而广大农村地区，特别是欠发达地区，仍然存在对社区教育不够重视、社区教育浮于表面、基础设施不足和师资队伍短缺等问题，如何充分发挥社区教育特色与优势，服务农村地区，培养新型职业农民，提升农民的科技文化素质和经营管理能力是乡村社区教育需要解决的问题。（剩余5468字）
