Abstract：TargetednormaluniversitystudentsconstiuteacrucialtalentpoolforimplementingtheRuralRevitalization Strategyandanefectivemeasureforpromotingthespiritofeducators.Theircareeexpectationsplayavitalroleinmotivating themtocontributetotheirhometownsanddedicatethemselvestoruraleducation.Basedonasurveyoftargetednormalstudents atNUniversityinJiangsuProvinceunderthecommisionedtrainingprogram，thisstudyexaminesthecurentstatusof their careerexpectations，analyzesvariationsintheseexpectations，andexplorestherelationshipbetweencareerexpectationsand learningmotivation.Drawingonthefindings，thepaperproposestargetedstrategiesforsustainingcareerexpectationsacros multiplelevels，includingpolicydesign，instiutionaltraining，andmotivationactivation.Thesestrategiesaimtoenhancethe students' learning motivation and lay a solid foundation for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
