Abstract:Intody'susnesmodel,ompaniesotonlyeedtopayatentiontosersatisfactionutasoeedtoard employeesatisfactionasanimportant indicatoroforganizational efectivenessandsustainabledevelopment.Inordertohelp enterprisesbeter strengthen employee satisfactionmanagement,the Japan StandardsAssociation(JSA)released the world's firstassociationstandardthatsystematicalystandardizes employeesatisfactionmanagementin2Ol9.Thispaperanalyzes the coreconcept,framework designandimplementationmechanismofthestandard.Considering thecurrentsituationofemployee satisfactionmanagementinChinaandthelackofstandardization,thepaperproposesthatChinashoulddrawontheexperience ofJapantobuildastandardizationsystemcenteredonemployeevaluerecognition,organizationalactioncodeandcontiuous improvement.
