Abstract：Singaporeisfamous foritsuniqueurbanplanningandgreeningdevelopment，knownastheGardenCity.Ithas multi-levelgreening systemconstructionconceptsandmature modelssuchasground greening，aerial greeing，vertical grening，andnaturecoridors，whichareworthlearning.Thispaperanalyzes theoverallstatusoflandscapingconstructionin Singapore and Shanghai from threedimensionsof systemconstruction，management institutionsand standards development， andcarries out acomparative analysisofSingaporeand Shanghai fromtheabove three dimensions.Onthis basis，this paper startfromthreeperspectives，acceleratingtheformulationofmacrostrateges，solidiingthfoundationofthedimsioal greeningconstruction，andorderly establishing thedepartmentalcoordinationmechanism，andsystematicalyputs forward suggestions onpromoting Shanghai'spublic greeningconstructionand management，toprovidereferenceforthehigh-quality and sustainable development oflandscapingin Shanghai.
