Abstract：Basedontheresearch of the project“ResearchandCapabilityEvaluationofEnterpriseStandardization in HenanTobacco CommercialSystem”，thepaperestablishesascientificandcomprehensiveevaluationsystemforenterprise standardizationcapability，andproposes the“5-dimensionaland3-level”evaluationmodel，taking tobaccocommercial enterprisesastheresearchobject.Themodel takestheevaluationparametersofenterprisestandardizationcapabilityas the targetlevel，takestebasiccapabilityonstructioncapabilitymplementationcapabilityutputapabilityndotio leadingcapabilityasthecriterionevel，andrefinesthemintospecificevaluationindicatorsattheschemeevel.Thepaperuses the“1～9scaleetod”toomparethedicatoronstructstejudgmetmatrix，ompletesteonsistecytestdallate the weightofeachindicator.Theresultsshowthat thissystemcansystematicallyquantifythestandardizationcapabilityof enterprises，curatelydentifytheiradanagesandsortcomings，ndproideteoreticalandpracticalgdnceforting management and formulating strategies.
