Research on Quality Control ofGrease Injection Process for Specific Model Sealing Cups in Aviation Equipment

Abstract：The paperconductedacomprehensivereviewandre-evaluationof thequalitymanagementandcontrolmethods duringproductmanufacturing，focusingonprocesscapabilitycontrolforcriticalprocedures.Forthekeyprocedureofgrease injectioninacriticalproduct（aspecializedsealing leathercupforcertainaviationequipment），datacolectionandprocess qualityanalysis were performed，andsignificantfuctuations ingreaseinjection weightandinstabilityinprocessapability was found in the proces.The manufacturing plant established a dedicated QC team.After identifying key operational factors，theteamfrstconductedonline weightmonitoringduringtheinjectionprocessandusedX-barandRcontrolchartsto assess processtability.Then，theteamupgradedtheaginggreaseinjectionequipmentbyreplacingthetime-basedinjection mechanism witha pressure-controlled injectionmechanism basedonstrokepositioning.These improvements significantly enhancedtheprocesscapabilityindex（Cpk）andcontrolchartperformance.However，itwasobservedthattheprocesdatasil showedunevendistributionandnotabledeviation fromthetargetvalue，whichcouldnotbedetectedbyCpkalone.Toaddress this problem，theTaguchiprocesscapabilityindex （Cpm）wasintroducedtostrengthenthemonitoringoftargetvaluedeviations， furtherimprovingthestabilityofinjectionweight，educingprocessvariabilityandensuringthequalityofthesealingleather cup products.

密封皮碗是航空装备中常见的动密封橡胶件产品，该产品在过程中需要在密封唇口和迷宫处涂抹4#油脂，主要起到皮碗启动瞬间润滑皮碗的作用，防止局部温度过高造成热轴，从而影响密封性能[。（剩余2948字）
