Abstract:The chamber method has become the main detection methodof formaldehyde emision in wood-based panels and their products.Requirementson test specimensize,sample preparation positions,edge sealing treatment for formaldehydeemisionindifferentstandardsarenotexactlythesame,whicheasilycausediferencesof testresults.Through comparingdifferentstandards,thepapersummarizesthepreferedtestprinciplesofformaldehydeemission.Thetestsshouldbe conducted based on the actual use conditions of the product,and the total exposed area of test specimen is 1m2n For the woodbased panelsandtheirproducts thatareexposedononeside,onlytheexposedsurfaceshouldbetested.Forthewood-based panelsandtheir products thatareexposedonboth sides,the totallengthoftheunsealededgeofthepanel should be 1500mm and the unsealed edge should be evenly distributed in each test specimen.

0 引言

随着检测分析技术和标准化工作的发展、健康环保理念的提升,气候箱法因其能更好地模拟产品实际使用环境,现已被很多标准采用为建筑室内装饰装修材料、人造板及其制品中甲醛释放量的主要检测方法[1],但国家标准、行业标准等不同标准中对甲醛释放量检测的试件尺寸、制备位置、封闭处理等要求不尽相同,未充分考虑封边材料的甲醛释放情况,在一定程度上可能会造成甲醛释放量检测结果的差异,因此,本文主要通过对不同标准中甲醛释放量(气候箱法)试验方法的要求进行比较分析,探讨甲醛释放量的较理想试验方法和试验原则,以期对后续标准的制修订提供参考。(剩余4700字)
