Discussion on Organizational Structure Model of Inspection and Testing Institutions under Intensive Development-Based on RASCI Matrix Model

Abstract：Intheeraof globalization，trading marketsarebecomingincreasinglycomplex，andthetradingparties haveput forwardhigherrequirementsonthecredibilityandscaleofthird-partyinspectionandtestinginstitutions.Domesticinspection andtestinginstitutions have presentedasignificant trendofconsolidation，ndtheir internalorganizationalstructureand managementmodelsarefacingsignifcantchalenges.Practicehasshownthat thetraditionalmatrixorganizationalstructure canotefectivelyadapttothecharacteristicsoftheinspectionandtestingindustry，suchassignificantdifferencesbetween productfelds，scatteredbranchlayouts，andshortbusinesscyles，whichhasledtoaseriesoforganzationalcoordinationand management problems.Byusing theneworganizationalstructureofRASCIMatrix，astandardorganizationalstructure model is establised，toauttoalection，pportsuationdotiatiectsfromteroeted matrixorganizationalstructure，whichcanefectivelypromote theefficientandcoordinatedoperationwithintheorganization. Theresearchresultsaimtosolve theorganizational governanceproblems facedbytheintensivedevelopmentofinspectionand testinglaboratoriesthroughinnovativemanagementmethods，andfacitatetheintegrationandbeterdevelopmentofthese laboratories.
