Abstract：Efective management of inspection and testingarchives isan important guarant for leveragingquality data resources.Thispapertakes thearchivemanagementintheinspectionandtestingindustryastheresearchobject，anddiscues the importantroleofstandardizationin empowering archivemanagement.Basedon theanalysisof the main problems in the managementofinspectionandtestingarchives，thispaperstudiesthepathofarchivemanagement fromtheaspectsofdata standardization，processtandardization，utilationstandardzation，andsetystandardzation，andfurtheriltratesthe efectivenessofstandardizationinarchive management throughcase studies.Thispaperhascertainreferencesignificancefor thearchivemanagementofinspectionandtestinginstitutions，ndcanprovidereferenceforthestandardizeddevelopmentofthe industry.
