Abstract:Standardessentialpatents (SEPs)have theattributesofboth standardsand patents,whichare typicalcommon technologyandapplicationtehnologyiteindustryaswellasoeofthmostsignificantoutcomesofindustraltchlogical innovation.Thispaperanalyzes thecurentstatusofthevehicle-to-grid(V2G)industryintermsof industrytechnology, standards,patents,andSEPs.Itanalyzes thepotentialrissofSEPsandcorrspondingmeasures,toprovidereference for China's V2Gindustrytocarryoutpatentlayoutandstandardizationactivities,andtoaddresstheissuesrelatedto SEPs.
