Abstract：Inthefeldofnon-standardproductmanufacturing，establishngaqualitymanagementsystem（QMS）forcustomized productionneedsisacoreissueforenterprises toenhanceproductreliabilityandmarketcompetitiveness.Thispaperdiscuses howto buildasystematicQMSfornon-standardproductmanufacturingbasedontheinternationalstandardISO9ooland the leanmanagement theory，ndanalyzesitsoleineducingproductioncosts，improvingcustomersatisfactionandenhancing enterprisecompetitivenes.Thispaperpointsouthatbyclarifyingthequalitypolicyoptimizingtheorganizationalstructure， implementingprocessstandardizationanddata-driven feedbackandother mechanisms，enterprisescaneffectivelycope with thechallngesofsal-ot，gompexityon-standardproductproduction.Inddition，ombiedwithmoderiteint manufacturingtechnologyandtheconceptofsustainabledevelopment，thispaperoutlines the futuredevelopmentdirectionof non-standard productqualitymanagementsystem，which providesasetofoperableoptimizationstrategiesfornon-standard manufacturing enterprises.
