Brief Discussion on International Standards Development of Energy Enterprises-Taking the Changqing Oilfield as an Example

Abstract：Inordertoimprovetheinternationalstandardssystemofprogressngcavitypumpsystemsforartificialift，andto meettheaplicationrequirementsoftherodlesslifting technologyof electricsubmersibleprogressingcavitypumpsincomplex wellboresandenvironments，Chinahasproposedtoincorporatethecoredownhole-drivesystemsofthis technologyintothe ISO15136seriesstandards，andcariedouttheprojectinitiation workasforthePart3ofISO15l36.Theprojectteamhas conducted long-termcommunicationand exchange with other experts fromvarious ISO member states in the working group. Bystudyingandanalyzing the technicalcharacteristics ofthedownhole-drivesystemsofelectric submersible progressing cavitypumps，theprojectteamhasfinishedthestandarddraftingandeviewoftechnicalcontents，andsolvedthecoordination problemsduring thestandard-seting process.Throughhardwork，thePart3ofISO5136hassucesullypassed thevote of theNewProposal（NP）ofISO/C67/SC4，Driling，productionandinjectonqipmentThesuccessulapprovalofths standardprovidesspecificationsfortheglobalapplicationoftheelectricsubmersibleprogressingcavitypumptechnology.This paperbrieflyintroducestheprocessofthesuccessfulappovaloftissadardswellasthewokingmodeommuication mechanismand problem-solving strategiesduring the process，which can provide practical examples forother companies participating in international standardization.
