Abstract：Thispaperisbasedonthecurentsituationandcharacteristicsofstandardizationtraining.Accordingtotheprinciple of standardizationsystemengineering，thepaper takes standardizationtrainingasawhole system，proposes theconceptofa standardizationtrainingsystem，andestablishesthemodelofstandardizationtrainingsystemengineering.Guidedbythemodel， thepaperanalyzesandlearns fromstandardization methodssuchasserialzation，modularizationandunitization，and puts forwardan idea for the construction of standardization training system catering to different demands.
