Abstract：Thestandardized firesafetymanagement inkeyunits isanimportantpartofthefire preventionsystem，which directlyaffectstheeffctivenessoffireriskpreventioandemergencyresponse.Thispaperanalyes thestatusofstandardized firesafety managementinkeyunits，andexpoundsontheproblems inmanagementsystem，facilitiesandequipment，traiing， and informatizationconstruction.It proposes optimization paths such as improving management structures，enhancing equipmentmaintenance，strengtheningtrainingeffectiveness，andpromotingdigitalization.Theseeffortscanefectivelythe transformationoffiresafetymanagementfrompasiveresponse toproactive prevention，andfromexperience-basedtodatadriven，supporting the development of a modern fire prevention and control system.
