Abstract：Underthebackgroundofcollaborativeinnovationof industries，universitiesandresearch institutes，thereform ofcollgesanduniversitiesisdeepening，andthefunctionofuniversitylaboratoriesisgraduallyexpanding，whichmakesit particularlyimportant toestablishaneffcient，standardizedandsustainablelaboratorysystem.Throughanalyzngandsorting outthecurrentsituationofuniversitylaboratorymanagement，thispaperputs forwardthepathsoflaboratorystandardization construction.From theperspectiveof market mechanism，itcompares thesimilaritiesanddiferences betweenlaboratory managementsystemofuniversitylaboratoriesandthoseofinspectionandtestinginstitutions，enterprisesandresearchistitutes. Thepaperpointsout thebottenecksof thecurrentdevelopmentofuniversitylaboratoriesandputs forwardsuggestions，which isof greatpracticalsignificanceforuiversitylaboratories toleveragetheiradvantages，andimprovetheutilizationeffciency ofexperimentalresources，ationalityofpacticalteachingaccuracyofsientifcesearchsultsndapplicabilityftalet cultivation.
