Reflection on Integrating the Coordinated Approach to the Rule of Law at Home and in Matters involving Foreign Parties into International Law Teaching

Abstract：ThebiggestpoliticsoflegaleducatinistoserveteconstructionofteruleofawinChinaTotakeacoordinatedappoach totheruleoflawathomeandinmatersinvolvingfreigparties，itis necessarytobeakthebinaryseparationof"domesticlaw"and "interationallaw"andbuildaforeign-relatedruleoflwsstemwithCinesecharacteristis.Trefore，thinteationallawteacing needstostrengthenthedialogeandcoordinationwithdomesticlawteachingandpayatentiontothedomesticdimensionofinteationalaw.Specicalltentionsouldbepadtoteeypoitoftestatusadalidityoftreatisidomesticlegalstedthe mailineofteelationspandinteractionbetwendomesticlawndinteatioallwininteratioallawteaching.Atthaetie inthecontextof“mutiplejurisdictios”，teconstructioofteuleoflawsysteinmatersinvolvingforeignpartieshasuniquechar acteristics，soetacngofteatioaliasouldasooeatetiotteregioalpatelndicoatei ter-regional substantive law into the teaching system.
