Abtract：Udertckgdogeigutoofsolrtaioitisuialtstposoltt conformtotheOBEeducationphilosophyforthecultivationoftalentquality.BasedontheOBEconcept，thepaperexplores heeform ofresourceconstruction，teacingontentndessmentmethodsforthecorecourseEvironmentalEcologintheEnioetal ScienceandEngeingmaj，inaccordanewiththecourseectivesItconstructsanewstudententeedteacingmodelbycangingtraditionalexam-orientededucationtofocus oneachngresultsandintroducingdiversifiedasessment mechanism.Thesigiicant transformationofeachngimplemetationfromtaskorented tooutcomeontedfromtachercenteredtosudent-centered，isto improveteachingqalityandoptimizetalentquality.TheOBEconceptisintegratedintoeachngtoinspirestudents’innovativethinking， so as to cultivate applied talents with innovative ability in universities.
