Abstract：Localuniversitypublishing houses areanimportant publishingforce inthe groupofuniversitypublishing house in China，buttheyhaveobvious disadvantages intheconstructionandpublicationofuniversitytextbooks.Localuniversitypublishing housesntheeweracepracticalchallngesintepubcationofuiversitytextbooks，suchascontentqualityntegationandinnovation，talentpool，andmarktingeficiencyetc.Localuversitypublisherssouldhanethequalityftextbookpublsingin universities bystrengtheningtop-leveldesignand makingcomprehensive planing，stabilizethetextbook publishing teamand strengthenthe profesionalizationof textbook publishing，strengthenR&Dcapabilitiesand tapintoauthorresources，developing newformsoftextbooksandconstructingtegratedpublisingofourses，strengthencoursetraingandprovidevalue-adedseces.
