Abstract： The teaching ofhealth psychologycourses isconstrained bythe experiencegapoftheteaching staf，andthetraditionalteaching modeisdifcult toadapttote needsofdifferentiatedleaing.Teimplementationofflippedclasroomteaching reformwithprelasspevewlasroomiteracton，ndpostclassedbackcanectivelyimprovetacingquality.Us shouldeconstructteirteacherdevelopmentsystemtoempowertheupgradingofteachingabilities，constructaself-irectedleaingsupportsystemtostrengthenthecultivationofleaingabilitymproveinstitutionalandtechologicalsupport，andbuilda smart education ecosystem.
