The Response and Effect of the Problem of Saving National Grain Collection in Huainan Anti-Japanese Base Area

Abstract：Levyingpublicgrainfornationalsalvationisanimportant waytosolvethefod problemin Huainananti-Japanese basearea，whichisofgreatsignificance tomaintainalastingwarofresistance.Intheprocesoflevyingthepublic grainfornation alsalvationinHuainananti-Jpanesebaseareas，therewereproblemssuchasconealingfmland，improperbehaviorofsome cadres，and heavyburdenonfarmers.The governmentefectively guarantedthefinancialsupplyofthebaseareas，consolidatedthe Huainananti-Japanesebaseareas，andexpandedtheanti-Japanesenationalunitedfrontbyimprovingtheinstitutionsandsystems forthecollectionofpublicgrainfornationalsavation，mobilizingbeforethecollctionofpublicgrainfornationalslvation，con ducting farmland surveys， and strengthening supervision and inspection during the collction process.
