Abstract：Rehabilitationaidsndappliances protectionsystemforthedisabledisthesubjectoffurthercomprehensivedeepeningofreform，teimportantcontentofpfectingthesocialsecuritysystemforthedisabled，andtesstemguarantforpro ingthequalityof ifeofthedisabled.Theprotectionsystemofreabilitationaidsandappliancesforthedisabledhasinitialy formedaelativelyompletestemstructureinludingubsidysystem，erviesstemandindustrialsystem，uttreesrt comingssuchasobviousfragmentationcharacteristics，systematicitytobeeanced;morebasictypeofprotection，coveragtobe broadened，dtctivfatursofgioalzatin，andlagetemproed.Teeabilitatioasistivedviceprotetiote forthe disabledshouldbecontinuouslyoptimizedintermsofpromotingsystematicity，broadeningcoverageandenancinglinkage.
