Abstract：Disputesivolvingrealstatearerelatedtopeople'slivelihoodandwel-beingandsocialstabilityandlitigation source managementisanimportant governanceconcept，whichbasedonthe“MapleBridgeExperience”andusesdiversifieddisputeresolution methods toresolveconflctsanddisputesatthesource.Thisconceptisconducivetotheearlyresolutionofcoflicts anddisputes，educesthenegativeimpactofdsputes，andimprovesthegoveanceeficiencyofrealestatedisputes.Anamiationoftheexplorationand practiceinvariousplaces inrecentyearsshows thatthediversifieddisputeresolutionmechanism presents problemssuchasinsufficientdiversificationofdisputeresoutionsubjects，insuficientconectionbetweelitigationand non-litigation，andlackofnon-litigationdisputeresolutiontalents.Accordingtotheconceptof itigationsourcegoveane，the constructionofadiversifieddisputeresolutionmechanisminthefutureshouldbebasedonacleartop-leveldesign，depeteconnectionbetweenlitgationdo-liigatio，ndstregtenteostructioofdisputesolutiontalentteam，sotiroe the level of real estate dispute resolution.
