Abstract：Marx’sconceptofcomprehensivehumandevelopmentisthetheoreticalsourceandfoundationforconstructingthe paradigmofinovationandentrepreneurshipeducationinuniversities.FromtheperspectiveofMarx'stheoryofcomprehsivehumandevelopnt，xaedxpretaeotatioeialprosios，datrbutsofovtiodt shipeducation，inoder toconstructalogicalframeworkforinovationandentrepreneurshipducationinuniversities.Wealways adhere tothevaluepositioningofinovationandentrepreneurshipeducation incutivating moralityandtalents.Startingfromlogicalpoints，tiaotassiceesaattssctsiio entrepreneurshipeducationsystemwithChinesecharacterisicsandcomprehensivedevelopmentorientation，promotingtheuityof comprehensivehuman development，innovationandentrepreneurshipeducationtransformationandupgrading，andconotative development.
