Abstract：From theperspectiveof immersive tourism experience，this paper selects 20 evaluation indicators in6dimension including acommodationexperienecatering exprience，supportingfacilities，svicequalityharacteristics，andgealato sphere pereption，carriesoutaquestionnairesurveyofhomestayinAnhui Province.The Importance-Performance Analysis （IPA） method isemployedtoanalyzeboth theimportanceandsatisfactionlevelsofeachindicator.Basedontheanalysis，fourstrategies areproposedtoancecustomersatisfactioninomestayidustryasfolos：eancingtrasportationetworksandinfrastru ture to improveaesibilityandardwaresupport，exploringregioalculturetoreateimmersivecultual experiencespacs，stablishinga sound talent developmentsystemtopromote professionaland personalized services，and improvingthe industrygovernance framework to build a multidimensional and collaborative regulatory mechanism.
