Challenges and Solutions in the Implementation of Undergraduate Teaching Assessment Policies -A Perspective Based on Policy Network Theory

Abstract： China’sundergraduate teaching assessment policies have undergone nearly four decades ofdevelopment.From a policy network perspective，thecurrentimplementationofundergraduate teachngassessmentpoliciesfaces challengessuchas imbalancedresoueallcationforssessent，hchndrs tedvncemntofssessmntork;ucleardelieatioofsposibilitiesbetwenpolicycommunitisandintergovermentaletworks，leadingtointealfrictioninolicyimplementationndweak influence ofehaviralactors inprofessoalntworksadissentworks，ectingthectivessofpolcyipemationat thegrasrotsvel.refore，itisecesarytotablisacoaborativegoveancemehansminvolingmultipletakeoders， clarifythedivisionofresponsiblitiesbetweenpolicycommunitiesandintergovemmentalnetworks，strengthenthecombineduseof various policyreformtools，andexpand participationrightsanddiscoursepower intheimplementationofundergraduate teaching assessment policies to address thesechallenges.
