Challenges and Solutions in the Implementation of Undergraduate Teaching Assessment Policies -A Perspective Based on Policy Network Theory

Abstract: China’sundergraduate teaching assessment policies have undergone nearly four decades ofdevelopment.From a policy network perspective,thecurrentimplementationofundergraduate teachngassessmentpoliciesfaces challengessuchas imbalancedresoueallcationforssessent,hchndrs tedvncemntofssessmntork;ucleardelieatioofsposibilitiesbetwenpolicycommunitisandintergovermentaletworks,leadingtointealfrictioninolicyimplementationndweak influence ofehaviralactors inprofessoalntworksadissentworks,ectingthectivessofpolcyipemationat thegrasrotsvel.refore,itisecesarytotablisacoaborativegoveancemehansminvolingmultipletakeoders, clarifythedivisionofresponsiblitiesbetweenpolicycommunitiesandintergovemmentalnetworks,strengthenthecombineduseof various policyreformtools,andexpand participationrightsanddiscoursepower intheimplementationofundergraduate teaching assessment policies to address thesechallenges.
