Abstract：Thegoalsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationandlaboreducationaresimilar，thecontentissimilar，andthemeth odsarecomplementary.Theintegrationofthetwocansolveproblemssuchastightclasschedulesandinsufficientresourceinvestment inunivesi.Cretlyacrsndsudentsinivsitisveisuntuderstanngoftetegaionndeelop mentofideologicalandpoliticaleduationandlaboreducationliitedesourceivestment，andalackofiovativekngd methods.Universitiesshould increaseresourceinvestment，strengthencommunicationandexchange，establishasystematicystem forieologicalandplicaleducationandlaboreducationtraining，ndestablshacomprehensiveteacher-studentevaluationsystem to promote the integrated development of ideological and political education and labor education.
