Match Teaching Method on the Option Course of Air Volleyballin General Colleges and Universities Research on Teaching Application

Abstract：This studyaims to explore the application efectofthe match teaching method inthe teaching ofairvoleyballoptionclassinordinarycolegesanduniversities，withaviewtoprovidingreferenceforthereformofphysicaleducationteaching in collegesanduiversities.Thecontrol groupadoptsthetraditionalteachingmethod，andtheexperimentalgoupadopts the match teaching method.Attheendof theexperiment，thetwo groupsofstudents were testedandcomparedinthefour major indexes fair voleyballtechicalmasteryatchperformance，ortsleaingabilityndpsicalfitnes.Teresultssowtatthatcheach ingmethodhassignificanadvantagesiheteacingofivollyball，whichcaneectivelyimprovestudents’leaingmotivation air volleyball technical level， game performance and physical quality.
