Abstract： Since enteringanew era，the CPCCentral Commitee with Xi Jinpingas thecore folowed the basic principles of MarxistPartybuildingtheory，summarizedanddrewonthevaluableexperienceoftheParty’sconstructionoftherequestandeportsystemoverthepastcentury.InresponsetothecurrentdemandsofPartybuilding work，theinnovativedevelopmentof theequest and reportsystem has benpromoted fromthe aspects ofclarifying functionalpositioning，strengtheningregulatoryconstruction，improinsstmsdotinsiialgaointiccie questandreportsystem.Whenexploringthefuturepathoftherequestandreportsystem，weshouldcontinuetoadheretotheguidanceofMarxistscientificteory，withtegoaloftrengtheningteauthorityandcentralizedunidleadersipoftheartyCetral Commitee，ithteainlinofadingfiontepeoplesosiion，andbsedonmproingistitutioalonstructiooiding strong institutional guarantees for firmly achieving the“two safeguards”.
