Research on Innovation of Undergraduate Mentor Education Model under the Guidance of OBE Concept

Abstract:Theundergraduate mentorship system isapowerful measurefortheconnotative developmentof higher education andtheestablishmentofasoundlong-term mechanismforeducating students.Thereare problems intheimplementationoftheundergraduate mentorshipsystem icurrent universities,such asunlear jobresponsibilities andinadequate assessment mechanisms. Applyingtheresultsorientededucationconcept,constructingacomprehensiveeducationsystemthatcombines explicitandmplicit education,establishingafiveinoneundergraduatementorshipsystem,clarifyingthetasksofdierentrole mentors,establishing reasonablesupervisionandincentive mechanisms,and improving theenthusiasmand qualityofmentor gudanceforundergraduate students.
