Research on Innovation of Undergraduate Mentor Education Model under the Guidance of OBE Concept

Abstract：Theundergraduate mentorship system isapowerful measurefortheconnotative developmentof higher education andtheestablishmentofasoundlong-term mechanismforeducating students.Thereare problems intheimplementationoftheundergraduate mentorshipsystem icurrent universities，such asunlear jobresponsibilities andinadequate assessment mechanisms. Applyingtheresultsorientededucationconcept，constructingacomprehensiveeducationsystemthatcombines explicitandmplicit education，establishingafiveinoneundergraduatementorshipsystem，clarifyingthetasksofdierentrole mentors，establishing reasonablesupervisionandincentive mechanisms，and improving theenthusiasmand qualityofmentor gudanceforundergraduate students.
