A Study on Strategies to Improve Career Happiness of College Counselors from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract: Thecarerhappinessofcollegecounselorsdirectlyaffectstheworkeffectofideologicalandpoliticaleducationnd is thecoredrivingforeofcolegecounselors’work.Theimprovementofcarerhappinessisof greatsignificancetotecostructionofcollegecounselors’team.However,thegapbetween“ideal”and“reality”and thedislocationbetween“policy”and "implementation”lead tothe overallowcarerhappinessofcollegecounselors. From theperspectiveof positive psyhology, this paperexplores thestrategies toimprovethecarerhappinessofcollegecounselors:establishthebalane betweenhappesand burnout,find the focus of promoting career happiness,and stand firmfor the development ofcolege counselors.
