A Study on Strategies to Improve Career Happiness of College Counselors from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract： Thecarerhappinessofcollegecounselorsdirectlyaffectstheworkeffectofideologicalandpoliticaleducationnd is thecoredrivingforeofcolegecounselors’work.Theimprovementofcarerhappinessisof greatsignificancetotecostructionofcollegecounselors’team.However，thegapbetween“ideal”and“reality”and thedislocationbetween“policy”and "implementation”lead tothe overallowcarerhappinessofcollegecounselors. From theperspectiveof positive psyhology， this paperexplores thestrategies toimprovethecarerhappinessofcollegecounselors：establishthebalane betweenhappesand burnout，find the focus of promoting career happiness，and stand firmfor the development ofcolege counselors.
