Abstract： The literatureofthe CPCrepresentedby XIJINPING：The GovernanceofChina contains various political erms and richtraditionalChineseculture，increasingthedificultyintranslation.Thethicktranslationtheorycancompensateforthelackof background informationonpolitics，cultureand sooncausedbyinterculturalcommunication，promotingcultural exchange and helpig China obtainagreatersoudinthe global governance.This paper analyzes theEnglish versionof XI JINPING：The Governance of China anddiscoversalarge bodyof typicalthicktranslation strategies.Inside thetext，thethick translation strategies includechapternote，adingnote，lustratio，etc.Outsidetetext，tethicktranslationsrategiesicludepreface，adngd dex，ete.Itisfoundthat，wheterinsideoroutsidethetext，eachforofticktransationapledtotheEnglishversionofXJINPING： The Governance of China III has played a vital role and set an example for the translation of Party literature. Therefore， the thick translation theory is of great significance to the translation and transmission of Party literature.
