Abstract： Inorder toenhance the elders’experienceof mobilereading APP，this paper studies reading APPdesign from the perspectiveofelderly-friendlydesign.Basedonthe dsign elementsof mobilereading APPandtheir interallogical relationship， useresearchisonductedbyobservingandfocusgroupinterviewanduserpersonasarefinised，andtheimpresionfactorsofthe elders'eadingexperieneandthrprioritiesareclaifid.Basedonthat，tedsignstrategiesreproposedfrotheperspectivesof visuallevel，interactielevelandarcitecturelevel.Elderlyfrendlydesignaalysisisonductedviaainadingadit shows thateproposedtategyhas meaningfulapplicabilityandreferencevalueinfutureelderly-friendlyesign，andcasestudyis carried out to verify the applicability of the strategies.
