Abstract：Thissudyexaminestheinterplayetweenphysicalhealthommunitysocialcapital，andresidentialsatisaction amongelderlyresidentsintheScommunityofHdistrict，Beijing.Thestrongsocialcapitalinherentinthework-uit-basedcommunitysignificantlyeances thegingexperience throughsourceendowment，interpersonaletworks，andnegotiatiomaisms. Physicalhealthandsocialcapitalinteractdynamicallcolectivelyimprovingresdentialsatisfactionfortheelderlywitintecontext of social networks and market environments.
