Abstract：Inthecontextoftheconnotativedevelopmentofhighereducation，theconstructionofthegraduatesupervisorteam has becomeacore isse inimprovingthequalityoftalent cultivation.As theresponsiblepartyfor thequalityof graduate education， mentors playakeyrole inacademicguidane，research training，andcareerdevelopment，andtheirmanagement effectivenessdirectlyaffectstheeectivenessofcultivatinghig-levelinnovativetalents.Byestablishngasoundmulti-dimensionalevaluation system，establishingdiferentiatedincentivemechanisms，improvingthementor traininganddevelopmentsystem，optimizingthe dynamicmanagementsystemof teacher-studentrelationships，andachievingdigitaltransformationof temanagementsystem，universities can otimizethe mentormanagementsystem，enancetheprofesional levelandacademic guidanceabilityofthementor team，and promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
