Abstract:Inthecontextoftheconnotativedevelopmentofhighereducation,theconstructionofthegraduatesupervisorteam has becomeacore isse inimprovingthequalityoftalent cultivation.As theresponsiblepartyfor thequalityof graduate education, mentors playakeyrole inacademicguidane,research training,andcareerdevelopment,andtheirmanagement effectivenessdirectlyaffectstheeectivenessofcultivatinghig-levelinnovativetalents.Byestablishngasoundmulti-dimensionalevaluation system,establishingdiferentiatedincentivemechanisms,improvingthementor traininganddevelopmentsystem,optimizingthe dynamicmanagementsystemof teacher-studentrelationships,andachievingdigitaltransformationof temanagementsystem,universities can otimizethe mentormanagementsystem,enancetheprofesional levelandacademic guidanceabilityofthementor team,and promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
