The Difficulties and Solutions of Practice Collaborative Training of Legal Talents in Local Universities -Based on a Survey of Anhui Province

Abstract：The practiceofcollaborative training of legal talents is a practice oriented educationaland training mechanism. ThroughasurveyofAnhui Provine，itwasfoundthatlocaluniversitiesfacediiculties，suchasthelackofunifiedideologicalunderstandingandtheinabilitytofindapositionofthelegal practie deparmentamongtheeducationalsubjects.Thecollaboration depthbetweenuniversitisandlegalpractiedepartments isisufficient，andtheefectivenessofevaluationmechanismisnotmature.Torsolvetesediiculties，itiseessarytonifourtnkingdetermineteositionoftelgalpracticedeparmntfrom thetop-leveldsign，romoteteepthofolboratieducationimproeteauationmechansm，ndontiuouslyprove the quality of legal talent training.
