Abstract:Takingnewenergyvehiclesastheresearchobject,thispaperintroduces theconceptandkeycomponentsoftheonboarddiagnosticsystem,includingelectroniccontrolunits,sensorsandactuators,andthediagosticlinkcoectorBasedonthree typicalcases—failuretoreadBMSfaultcodes,high-voltageinterlockfaults,ndinsulationfaultsasegmentedtroubleshootingpath is establisedcordingtoDTCindicationsandchangesinstateparameters,andacosed-lopverificationisachevedtroughresca/ clearingofcodesandrecoveryoftheREADYstate.Theresultsshowthatthismethodcanshortenfaultconvergencetimeandimprove fault localization efficiency and maintenance consistency.
