Abstract:Leveragingmultimodalperception，deepreasoning，anddataintegrationcapabilities,AIlargemodelshavebecomethe coreengiedrivingtheintellgenttransformationoftheaftermarket.Thispaperemploysamethodombiningscenarioanalysisandcase validationtosystematicallyeviewtheapplicationmodelsofIargemodelsinfourkeyscenariosintellientdagnostics，spareparts supplychainoptimization,technicianempowerment,andpersonalizedservicesforvehicleownersinthenewenergyvehicleaftermar ket,whileexploringimplementationstrategies.TestudydemonstratesthatAIargmodelscaneffectivelyhanceaftermarketerice efficiency and quality,redefining the industry's service logic.
