Abstract:Withinteligentcarheadlightsgraduallyreplacing traditionallightingsystemsandtakingonactivesafetyandinformationinteractionfunctions,theirincreasingcomplexityhasexposedperformanceandreliabilityisuessuchasdimmingdelays,micro lensdistortion,fogcondensation,ndinsuffcientanti-aging.Thisstudyproposesiovativedesignsincludingdimmingadjustents, micro-lensartrolualoalaicdicatiodgingauestasotispoci sioninjectionmolding,icoformingndaledemblytoproidekeytechncalsupportfortheperformaneupgradeofintellgnt car headlights.

随着智能汽车产业加速迭代,车灯作为车辆感知与交互的重要载体,正从传统被动照明向主动安全预警、环境信息反馈等多元功能转型,其结构复杂化与功能集成度提升,但也伴随调光滞后、光效畸变、高湿结雾、材料老化等瓶颈,严重制约照明精度与系统可靠性,影响行车视野清晰度与长期服役能力。(剩余5193字)
