Study on Deformation of Lamp Shade under High Speed Driving

Abstract：Intheconditionofhigh-speeddriving，thecarlampwillbedeformedandcausestres.Inordertoensurethatthestructureofthecarlampmetsthetrengthrequirements，thispaperestablishesacalculationmodelofthestructuralstrengthofthecarlamp shade，andsimulatesthethicknessofthecarlampshadebyusingfiiteelementsoftwareANSYS.Thechangerelationshipbetweenthe diferentdeformationandstrescorrspondingtothethicknesofthelampshadefrommmtomm.Thesimulationresultsshowthate maximumdeformationoftelampshadeappears inthecentralareaoftelampshadesurface，themaximumstressappearsintheinstallationpositionbelowthelampshade，andthedeformationandstressofthelampshadedecreasewiththeincreaseof thethicknes.
