Research on Mechanical Transmission Characteristics and Performance Enhancement of Automotive Brake Systems

Abstract:Takingthebrakingsystemofheavy-dutycommercialvehiclesastheresearchobject,thisstudysystematicayexplores treeaspctsomponntsructuraltizatio(rableatiopdalepedmastercynderargedmeterpeline,gifness caliper),friction pair upgrading(ceramic-based material + ventilated disc + TiN coating,stability limit of 600∘C ),and transmission control(EBooster + predictive control).Simulation and bench tests verify that the transmission effciency improves by 28% ,response speed increases by 36.7% ,and error remains within 8% ,demonstrating good engineering reliability of the solution.
