Abstract:Coating thicknessonpistonrodwasdetectedbyusingaZEISS metalographic microscope.Afteranalyzingthe sources ofuncertainty,twasdecidedtotablshamathematicalodelusingtheomprehensieevaluationmethodandcalulatetheetain tycomponentsoftypeAandypeB.Finall,temeasurementuncertaintyoftecoatingticknessasevauated,thatis,teexpanded uncertainty U=2.4μm ,the confidence probability p=95% ,and the inclusion factor k=2 .The results showed that the key influencing factorsthathadasignificantimpactonthemeasurementuncertaintyofthecoatingthicknessofthepistonrodwereequipmentcalibrationandoftwaremeasurementstandardruler.Thisconlusioionucivetolaboratorytestersconductingtestingctivitisorefec tively and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
