Abstract:Topredictandvalidate theridecomfortofanew suspensionscheme,atwo-degre-of-fredomsuspensionvibration time-domainsimulationmodelwasestablishedbasedonMATLAB/Simulink,inwhichthenonlineardampingoftheshockabsorber wasdescribedbyapiecewiselinearapproach.Onthisbasis,aflteredwhitenoisemethodwasusedtoconstructatime-domainmodel ofrandomroadunevenessasrandomroadexcitationinput,ndavehiclepulseexcitationinputmodelwasbuiltusingspeedbumpprofiledatatoverifytheimpactoftheonlinearsuspensionsystemonehiclevibration.Finallybasedononlineardampingparameterinputs,throotmeansquarevalueandpeakacelerationofthevehclebodyverticalaelerationweretakenasoptimizationojectivesto specificallyimprovevehicleridecomfortRidecomfortoptimizationthroughthesimulationmodelefectivelyacceleratedthedesign process,reducedpysicalestingndlowereddevelopmentcostsThisapprochisowincreasinglybengaliedinengiengdesign.
