Abstract:Asthecoreactuatingcomponentofanelectricvehicle'spowertrain,themotor'seficiencydirectlyeterminesthevehicle'sperformanceanddrivingrange.Thispaperfocusesonpermanentmagnetsynchronous motors,systematicallanalyzingtheintrinsicmechanismsofelectromagnetic-theralcoupling.Fromfourdimensonsmult-physicalfieldmodeling,structuraldesignotization,materialsystemuprades,andcontrolstrategyinnovationitproposesacentralizedpathwayforperformanceenancement.By constructingacuratepredictiveodelsthroughbidirectionalmagneto-themalcouplingsimulation,combinedwithstructuralotiizationmethodssuchasflatwirewindingdesignandintegrationofeficientcolingsystems,alongwiththeapplicationofhigpefor mancematerialsanddamicoordinatedcontrolalgorits,achievesadualbreakthroughinotorlosssuppressionandatisipation improvement.
