摘 要:文章围绕职业院校汽车故障检测教学展开,先介绍教学内容,涵盖基础、通用、核心系统故障诊断等模块以及新能源时代新增内容。再阐述智能诊断系统的应用,包括动态故障模拟与沉浸式训练、多元数据融合的决策支持教学、数字线程的全生命周期管理,并分析应用效果,展现智能系统对教学的优化作用。

Application Analysis of Intelligent Diagnosis Systems in Automotive Fault Detection Teaching in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:This paper focuses on automotive fault detection teaching in vocational colleges. It first introduces the teaching content, including modules such as basic fault diagnosis, general fault diagnosis, and core system fault diagnosis, as well as additional content added in the new energy era. Subsequently, it elaborates on the application of intelligent diagnosis systems, covering dynamic fault simulation and immersive training, decision-support teaching based on multi-source data fusion, and full-lifecycle management through digital threads. The application effects are also analyzed, demonstrating the optimization role of intelligent systems in teaching.
