Optimization Strategies for the Construction of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Industrial Upgrading

Abstract：Against the backdrop of accelerating industrial upgrading， the demand for talents in the machinery industry presents new characteristics such as intelligence and compound skills. Based on the employment data of a mechanical major in a higher vocational college in Shaanxi， this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the adaptation between current professional construction and industrial demand. It explores strategies for optimizing professional construction from dimensions including curriculum system， practical teaching， faculty team， and school-enterprise cooperation， aiming to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation and support the development of industrial upgrading.
